One company’s preference may be another company’s rule to avoid.  One person’s experiences may be in direct contrast to another’s experience with the same installation.  That is why our philosophy is to seek first to understand, and provide appropriate solutions and designs, not born out of our personal preferences and experiences from previous successful projects.  We share the options and tales from both positive and negative outcomes, but provide options and even recommendations, with no ego attached to our ideas.  Building consensus is what we do. Bank of NY Mellon, One Wall St., Manhattan, NY - Renovation of the entire 12th floor of this hi-rise building.  Project is seeking to be the first LEED certified for commercial interiors for BoNY Mellon.  Interfaced with client, team, and facilities staff to determine scope and LEED potential, and provide services for mechanical, electrical, and engineering construction documents and construction administration.

500 Hadley Rd, South Plainfield, NJ - This existing approximately 150,000 SF three-story office building had been occupied solely by AT&T and was converted to a multi-tenant arrangement.  Upgrades included rework of the main lobby, base building HVAC complete system redesign, electrical distribution modifications to accept multiple tenant, and exterior lighting.  Tenant fit-out phases followed.

Lucent Technologies, Eatontown, NJ - Managed and prepared full service engineering for multiple renovation projects in an approximately 100,000 SF single story office and led the electrical design. Projects included rework of existing office spaces and electrical labs; takeover of adjacent tenant space; new addition; and warehouse/manufacturing space conversion to offices.

King Kullen Corporate Headquarters, Bethpage, NY - Conversion of an existing 3-story, approximately 150,000 sf multi-tenant office building to single tenant.  Provided full service MEP/FP engineering.

TD Waterhouse, 100 Wall St, 140 Wall St, Manhattan, NY - Data center and office space as-building and engineering designs for upgrades on upper floors of these 2 hi-rises.  Utilized circuit tracers to carefully determine the existing conditions and labeled devices in the field accordingly.  Troubleshooted the HVAC installation to suggest improved air distribution and capacity based upon reported operational issues.
