President & COO

Mr. Bray is a licensed professional engineer in 49 states and is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the Institute of Industrial Engineers (Senior Member). 
 
Mr. Bray has extensive knowledge of process analysis, graphical analysis, statistical tools and other observation techniques to analyze workflow, operation sequences, facility layout, and information systems.  In addition, Mr. Bray has project managed over $20 million in engineering fees for Verizon and AT&T.  His combination of both internal and external business skills equip Mr. Bray to be an effective leader that drives KMB to achieve its goals of ISO 9000 certification, client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
 
In addition to his role of President and COO of KMB Design Group, Mr. Bray leads the efforts with KMB Technologies and serves as the Chief Architect of its database information systems.  The research and development of the database is a continual effort that permeates throughout the entire organization.

Mr. Bray has a BS and MS in Industrial Engineering, a Masters of Business Administration, and is a PhD Candidate in Management and Organization.  His extensive education and continued role as a scholar-practitioner prove invaluable to the operations of KMB.  Mr. Bray's dissertation is "Assessing the Influence of Quality Improvement Tools on Organizational Productivity in an Engineering Firm."  The findings of this dissertation directly benefits KMB's efforts towards accomplishing its objectives.
