Kristin L. Heyser
Vice President of Operations

Kristin Heyser is a results driven professional who applies focus on quality and efficiency to each project she takes on.  Kristin began her career with a traditional MEP firm providing engineering drawings to major telecommunications corporations.  Later, she contributed to the design of various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems within commercial and institutional buildings.

Kristin successfully managed the production of over 250 projects for generator and battery backup solutions in NYC.  Later, she spent 2 years as the Production Manager of Fiber Services where she managed the production of hundreds of monthly deliverables.  Her most recent position as Director of Operations allowed her to continue a production management role while working alongside each of the firm’s divisions to help enhance productivity, quality and profitability.
 
Throughout her career, Kristin has also been involved in various research and development projects in an effort to optimize internal operations.  She has trained over 100 employees on various software programs to increase their efficiency.  Kristin has also worked on process analysis and development, office space planning and front-end database design.
 
Kristin earned a BS in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University.
